Perhaps the reporter of this article should check the transcripts of the voir dire him/herself, instead of relying on Hogan's words. The judge said "ever"... not "in the last ten years". Other prospective jurors seemed to understand that. Why didn't Hogan?

I had the same experience at a Verizon Store. Went in for an iPhone 4s and the sales rep told me that I should get a Razr because it has 4g. I bought the Razr but to my dismay, there was no 4g signal in my area? Also that phone could barely last one day on a battery charge. Fortunately, I was able to return the Razr and got the iPhone 4s. It's a fantastic phone and I get 3 days on one charge!

That is good news for Amazon because of the selection they
will have to offer, but it still pales in comparison to what I can choose from with
my Blockbuster @Home I use when my Dish coworker comes over for a movie. I have access to practically any movie I
could think of, plus I get streaming to hold me over until my Blu-ray comes in
the mail, which is sweet.

This is a good approach to hiding what you have in your iPhone. First no one has the right to peek over your iPhone for any thing, but yes if they do, this is a good tip...

So Mr Tung asked Apple if the data from Time Capsule could be recovered. Apple said no, but has he asked for a second opinion?

Apple are great at lots of things, but not data recovery experts. This is what we do here at PicBack.
We have successfully recovered data from many damaged Time Capsules. They can be a little more difficult to work on but are still just hard drives at the end of the day.

This story should stand as a warning that drives do fail and that it is always a good idea to have several backups of your valuable data.

yep I have been having it. there have been suggestions that it is linked with Adobe Flash, however I can confirm that it has happened on many pages that I know have no flash on them at all - some being sites I own so I KNOW that there is no flash there.

My observation is that it seems to be linked with interactivity, or gestures - e.g. scrolling up/down, selecting a new tab, just navigating around Chrome tbh.

I can't wait for this to get fixed, thanks for posting this as I was getting a bit tired of the bug and it was taking the shine off my new MBA :)
